They have developed a software package that screens athletes for potential injury risk and provides prehab programmes. In addition she helps out at Rochdale Rugby Union were her son plays in the mini-section. She is also finding time to complete her Masters Degree!
She has always had a passion for sport and was a county standard swimmer in her teens. Her motivation to join the Ruckingball team is similar to that of the rest of the team.
