RuckingBall has been in the news quite a bit this week -

A piece from Jamie on sportsvibe.co.uk

Cozza got a mention in the Guardian

The Whitgift Launch event got covered with interviews from Cozza, Eddie & Shane.

and towards the bottom of this article Chris Foy gives RuckingBall a mention in the daily mail.

Great stuff!

Behind the scenes weve been working on a number of things this week

1) A new refferal system that we will be launching very soon – The concept of reffering friends to level 2 for special prizes and Samurai equipment.

2) Were in discussions with an international referee to join our team of specialists and give expert opinion – and as ever there will be direct access to this individual for RuckingBall members.

So plenty going on!

Enjoy your weekends Rugby.

Neil

What a cracking day we had on Friday for the Launch of RuckingBall.com – Blessed with the sunshine and the hospitality from Harrow and Whitgift.

Starting with a picture at Harrow of the RuckingBall coaches

From right to left
Eddie O’Sullivan, Haydn Walker (for you Level 2 subscribers the Legend of ‘Dad in the Park’ tutorials!) Martin Corry, Shane Bryne & Mike McGurn

Onto Eddies session at Harrow – Now i’m sure he said ‘step over the ball and the bag’ ..maybe not ;)

Lets go through that again…

After a short drive across Town – I mean its only 26 miles… but 3 hours later the team are at Whitgift

A great turnout from the invited Coaches – and poor old Wilco’s lads probably didn’t realise what was coming!!

Straight into Eddies session

and these coaches keep telling the tech team Rugby is hard work!!! ;)

Watch this space and we’ll be publishing more pictures.

Ben and Dom from Stamp Productions are busy editing all the footage that was taken from both events. All this and loads more will be added to Level 2 of RuckingBall.com over the next few weeks so get yourself signed up!

…and remember RuckingBall is work in progress – we are developing the site all the time and we’d love your feedback so get into the forums where the whole team – technology / filming / Rugby are there to answer your questions.

Cheers

Neil

On behalf of the RuckingBall team we’d like to thank both Harrow and Whifgift Schools for their hospitality yesterday – and a big thanks to all the lads who played in the training sessions. It was a terrific day and i hope you enjoyed it as much as the coaches.

It was a busy day for all the team, especially Ben & Dom who filmed all the sessions… and it doesn’t get any easier for those guys as they now get to work editing all the footage into individual drills and tutorials for the newly launched Level 2 of RuckingBall.

Today we have about 100 tutorials for Coaches, players & parents in Level 2 – We expect to be adding another 20-30 over the next couple of weeks and the footage from yesterday will be in added as soon as we can. If you’ve signed up to Level 2 you can be sure of new tutorials & drills every month.

We’ll be publishing a newsletter early next week that will become a monthly fixture on all the changes & additions to the website.

Like we said yesterday RuckingBall is work in progress – and as we get your feedback on the good / the bad and what you’d like to see more of or indeed less of – we’ll crack on and get it delivered as fast as we can. So get yourself in the forums!

Enjoy your Rugby

Cheers

Neil
