Fun!!

There is one important factor when you are playing, that sometimes gets forgotten, is to have a fun!

Isn’t that why you are involved in the sport in the first place?

Ask yourself are you enjoying what you are doing?

If you are not enjoying yourself because of pressure remember this pressure is self-inflicted. The only pressure you have is the pressure you put on yourself. Stop worrying so much about winning and losing, if you are prepared, you shouldn’t have to worry- you’ll win!

The next time you are getting ready to play or train ask yourself why? A game is not supposed to be work or something you have to do. It’s not something you should be doing to impress or please your parents, family or friends. Do it because you want to and you find it fun.
Train and prepare hard, that will always the case, but the game should be fun. If it isn’t then do something else that is enjoyable.

You first started because you love challenges and competition, you always did your best and you had fun. Now, maybe, you are focusing on winning and losing and consequently the fun has gone, if so go back to basics, figure out why you started playing in the first place and have fun.

The more prepared you are, the more confidence you will have, the better you will play and the more fun you will have- GUARANTEED.
