Great day today at the Northern Ireland launch of Rucking Ball which took place at Campbell College in Belfast. Many thanks to former Irish International Brian Robinson and the PE staff at Campbell who where fantastic hosts.

We held a rugby session with the under 13’s who looked very well coached and it was great to see the like’s of Cozza (Martin Corry) and Munch (Shane Byrne) sampling life on the other side of the fence with their coaches hats on as they put the Campbell lads through the paces. It was great to see a lot of the players sporting Ulster shirts today and if they continue to show the same skill set and enthusiasm as they progress up through the age grades then who knows today we may be looking at the next David Humphreys or Tommy Bowe.
