Offloading Drill as described by Martin Corry

A simple game whereby there are 2 attackers against 1 defender. The object of the game is to see how many offloads you can make in 30 secs without making an error.
An excellent drill for grip, offload, catch, communication, fend, footwork and spatial awareness.
These are drills where you practice all the different offloads you might use during the game.
