Pop Pass – Less than 2 metres
- Carry the ball upright (north) to the centre of your body.
- Bend and lower your arms and keep the ball upright.
- Rotate your shoulders and hips.
- Push the ball gentle with your fingers and wrists.
- Direct the ball to the receiver.
